To help preserve the structure of your hat, put on and take off your hat by grasping the brim at the front and back. The crown of your hat is more prone to cracking.
When you're not wearing your hat, it's best to store it in a place that avoids direct sunlight or humid conditions. It is recommended to store it on a flat surface or hanging from a cord. Multiple hats can be neatly stacked.
It is best to never wet the hat. If it gets wet, use a clean cloth to dry the hat. Once you've removed most of the moisture from the hat, let it air dry in a cool, dry place that has good circulation.
If the brim of your hat begins to curl, you can flip the brim over and run your hand around it in a circular motion until it holds its shape.
We recommend using a clean cloth to wipe off dust and small dirt spots. For stains that don't come off easily, you can use a white artist's eraser to gently remove the dirt. Avoid colored erasers that could leave color on the straw.
